What Can Be Special Ordered
Our regular stock covers 100+ brands in multiple sizes — but if you need something specific that’s not on the shelf, we’ll work our distributor network to source it. Here’s what falls under our special order service:
Specialty & Craft Kegs
Small-batch craft breweries, regional releases, or niche domestic brands not in our regular rotation. Call to inquire about specific breweries.
Import Kegs
International beers and lagers not commonly stocked in South Florida. Subject to distributor availability and import schedules.
PerfectDraft Keg Varieties
Specific PerfectDraft 6L keg brands not currently in our lineup. Many can be sourced with advance notice of 5–10 business days.
Wine & Cider Kegs
Wine kegs for events, taprooms, or restaurants. A growing category — ask us about varieties, brands, and keg-ready packaging options.
Bulk & Multi-Keg Orders
Planning an event that needs 5+ kegs of the same or multiple brands? We coordinate large orders with sufficient advance notice.

Lead Time & Notice Expectations
Special orders work differently than in-stock purchases. Lead times depend on what’s being sourced, your distributor’s availability, and how far in advance you plan. Here’s what to expect:

Contact us by phone at (954) 327-1818 or submit a reservation form with the brand, keg size, quantity, and your target pickup date. The earlier, the better.
We Check Distributor Availability (1–2 Business Days)
We contact our distributors to confirm whether the item is available and in what quantities. We’ll get back to you with pricing and timeline.
Item Arrives at Our Store (3–7 Business Days)
Most special orders are ready within 3–7 business days from confirmation. Rare imports or limited releases may take longer depending on delivery schedules.
Pickup at Our Davie Location
Come to 6827 Stirling Rd, Davie, FL 33024 with valid 21+ ID and payment. Your special order will be cold and ready for same-day pickup once confirmed.
📅 Plan Ahead — Especially for Events
For holiday weekends, weddings, or large events, we recommend reaching out at least 10–14 days in advance. Distributor deliveries run on fixed schedules and some items have limited allocation. Last-minute special orders are not always possible.
Brand & Distributor Limitations
We work within Florida’s three-tier system and source exclusively through licensed distributors. This means some items may not be available even if they exist in other states or on shelves nationally. Here’s what limits what we can special order:
- Florida Distributor Coverage: A brand must have a licensed Florida distributor. Items sold only in other states cannot be imported or sourced directly.
- South Florida Delivery Radius: Even with a Florida distributor, if they don’t service Broward County, we may not be able to source it. Local delivery routes matter.
- Minimum Order Quantities: Some distributors require a minimum purchase per delivery — this may affect single-keg special orders on rare brands.
- Allocation & Limited Releases: Seasonal and limited-release kegs are often allocated in small quantities. We may not always secure them even if we try.
- PerfectDraft Licensing: PerfectDraft kegs must come through authorized channels. Not every variety sold in Europe is available in the U.S. market.
- Timing & Delivery Days: Distributors deliver on fixed days. If you miss a delivery window, the next opportunity may be a week out.

Weddings & Private Parties
Multi-keg orders for celebrations. Call 2–3 weeks ahead for best availability across brands and sizes.
Corporate Events
Bulk orders for company events, happy hours, and office celebrations. We can hold confirmed orders in advance.
Festivals & Block Parties
High-volume single-brand orders or mixed selections. Lead time of 2+ weeks recommended.
Graduation & Milestone Events
Popular seasonal window — reserve early. Memorial Day, graduation weekends, and July 4th book fast.
For Large Orders & Events:

How do I start a special order?
Call us at (954) 327-1818 or use our reservation form and note what you’re looking for in the comments. Provide the brand name, keg size, quantity, and your target pickup date. We’ll check availability and get back to you within 1–2 business days.
How long does a special order take?
Most special orders are ready within 3–7 business days from confirmation. PerfectDraft kegs and rare imports may take 5–10 business days depending on distribution schedules. For time-sensitive events, contact us as early as possible.
Is there an extra charge for special orders?
Pricing depends on the item, distributor pricing, and quantity. Some specialty or rare kegs may carry a higher price point than domestic standards. We’ll give you a full quote including the deposit before you commit.
Can I special order a PerfectDraft keg variety you don’t carry?
Yes — for many varieties. PerfectDraft keg availability in the U.S. is more limited than in Europe, but we can source a number of varieties not in our regular stock. Call with the specific brand and we’ll check U.S. distributor availability.
What if my brand isn’t available through a Florida distributor?
Unfortunately, if a brand doesn’t have a licensed Florida distributor or doesn’t service Broward County, we’re unable to source it through legal channels. We’ll let you know honestly and recommend the closest alternative we carry.
Do you handle multi-keg event orders?
Yes. Call us for any event requiring 3 or more kegs and we’ll coordinate availability, brands, sizes, tap equipment, CO2, and a pickup plan. Large event orders need at least 1–2 weeks of lead time.
Can I order kegs from other states?
No. Florida’s three-tier alcohol distribution system requires all purchases to go through licensed in-state distributors. We cannot source kegs from out-of-state retailers or direct from breweries.
Is a deposit required on special order kegs?
Yes — a refundable keg deposit is required at pickup, just like our in-stock kegs. The deposit covers the keg shell and coupler (if renting). Return the keg within the rental period to receive your deposit back.
