Beer Keg Policy

To purchase or rent a keg and/or any keg supplies from us, you must be 21 years of age or older. (it’s LEGALLY required!) When collecting the keg, please ensure you provide a valid photo ID. If you bring someone with you then we will also need to verify their ID, so make sure everyone comes prepared.

It must be a photo ID. Acceptable forms of identification include a current state driver’s license, a non-driver’s ID card, a military ID, or a passport. No ID, no keg.

The individual who signs and pays for the keg assumes full responsibility for the keg and its associated supplies.

Please note that the person renting the equipment will be held accountable for any damages to the keg, tap, or bucket rented out to you.

Once you leave with a keg, whether you’ve consumed one beer or half of it we CANNOT offer any refunds. This applies to kegerator owners as well. We regret to inform you that we cannot determine if the beer warmed up or if you mixed old beer with the keg. Please understand that Sunshine Discount Beverages is solely a seller and does not brew or package the kegs. Therefore, if the taste seems off or it’s flat or something we are unable to refund or exchange it. We can reach out to our local beer distributor and will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter but we do not make the final decision.
