Refunds
Kegs
Once you leave with a keg, whether you’ve consumed one beer or half of it we CANNOT offer any refunds. This applies to kegerator owners as well. We regret to inform you that we cannot determine if the beer warmed up or if you mixed old beer with the keg. Please understand that Sunshine Discount Beverages is solely a seller and does not brew or package the kegs. Therefore, if the taste seems off or it’s flat or something we are unable to refund or exchange it. We can reach out to our local beer distributor and will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter but we do not make the final decision.
Packaged Beer
All packaged beer sales are final, once you leave with a container of packaged beer we cannot offer a refund on it due to the fact we have no way of knowing if it was left in a hot car or mishandled period. If you feel there is something wrong from the manufacturer then we can contact them to see if there is anything they can help with.
Exchanges
Exchanges are a case by case basis. The beer must be untouched if so much as a one glass of beer has been consumed from a keg we are unable to exchange it.
